"Everything I really needed to know I learned in kindergarten." That used to be a pretty popular saying among the middle class suburban folks. There used to be a lot of hard working middle American parents who just wanted their children to do better than they had done. Now it seems that everyone wants their children to do better than the neighbor's kid. Now the saying of the times is "It's a dog eat dog world out there" and we were worndering if that's the type of world we all really want.
