The news about the murder of the sons of Saddam Hussein is outrageous. I am enraged about the news coverage of it as if it's a television show, and this is the next episode. And my speculation of what's going on behind the scenes is that this is another wag the dog... IE the military and the commanders knew all along where these guys were, and decided to kill them for the show of it because of the news about the weapons of mass destruction story, their lies and criminality. So they wanted to turn the public's attention to something that demonstrates their 'success' in their war games. I heard the NPR crap: A segment with a soldier saying in his cute little broken english, "Uday, dead!, yes? Good, yes?" , and then a man, ostensibly an Iraqi, saying, "yes, good!" Then the reporter saying we will probably be shown the photos of them dead. This is disgusting. These are disgusting human beings, who will participate in this masquerade and any journalist who plays into it is as complicitely disgusting. Where are the questions about what happened? Where these people and their families were? How they were found? Do they actually expect me to believe that they just happened to find them, and that their murder is justifiable under international law? They actually expect us to stay tuned...

    When Kaddafi's son - a CHILD - was murdered over 20 years ago, I was a junior or senior in high school, and asked my father how they could do such a thing and feel good about it, even if Kaddafi was the evil person we were being told he was. My father then told me about how the leader of Lybia was responsible for reforming the educational and healthcare system of the entire country, and told me to keep on paying attention to what the news does not report. Kaddafi, like Hussein, was just another puppet of the rich neo-conservative imperialists who had no use for him anymore. The UN should tell the Bush Administratian to go to hell when they ask for the support of the UN now that they can't handle the destruction they have wrought. The weapons of mass destruction are indeed found and occupying the white house.
